1. I received an access card with an access code - how can I order my photos?

If you have received an access card with a personal access code, go to the "Login" page, enter the access code and click on "Open Album."

 

2. I received an email with login information - how can I order photos?

After you have placed an order or registered with the online shop, you will receive an email with login credentials. Using your email and the new password, you can use the "Customer Login" to enter your personal gallery, order photos and check the status of your orders.

 

3. When will my child gallery be available? 

Photo gallery of your child should be available for you to view within 10 days from the photo day.

 

4. I lost my QR code. What to do?

You can contact me directly on pati.budzisz@reddahlia.co.uk, you can use my Facebook page to also message me @reddahlia.co.uk. If you prefer you can ask your nursery/school manager to contact me instead and I will do my best to find the code and pass it on for you to view your child photographs. 

 

5. I want to purchase different amounts of photos you offer in packages, how to do this?

There is a possibility to mix different packages together, you can also add additional single photos after choosing the most suitable package.

 

6. Where can I see the status of my order?

The easiest way is to click the link within your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in with the password and email address you received via email. Once you’ve logged in, your order details can be found under "My Account".

 

7. How long will the delivery take?

The payment must be confirmed before your order can be processed. All the orders from one nursery are being processed and delivered in bulk,  together within 10 days from the archiving date / last day of making orders.

 

8. Is the logo (watermark) going to be removed from the image?

Of course! The watermark is only used to protect my work against illegal downloads.

 

9. What is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?

We are committed to offering only the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your photo products, please feel free to get in touch. We are devoted to your satisfaction.

 

10. I went to a local printing place and the photos look pixelated and patchy, what happened?

Sadly I cannot take responsibility for using other printing companies and what photos will look like from them. I use highly professional printing labs based in the UK to ensure the quality of my images and that they look exactly the same as their digital copy.

 

11. Where will my photos be delivered to?

All nursery orders will be delivered to your nursery where they will be available for collection.

 

12. How does the nursery benefit from photo day?

To every nursery available to accept it I offer 10% commission of my total sales, I offer staff photographs instead if they cannot accept financial benefits or provide them with books and stationary to be used for children in their care.
